Websites, mobile apps, eCommerce platforms, AI features, and modernisation projects for clients across the UK, USA, Ireland, Australia, the Middle East, and beyond.
Featured case studies
Three named clients, three different problems, one team behind them.
The three engagements below are named clients who agreed to be identified — an HVAC company in the US, an EdTech founder in the UK, and a national retail network. They show the range of what one engineering team can carry.
GreenergyAir
Web + AI · HVAC · Florida, USA · named client
The story
A Florida HVAC company was losing leads to a slow, dated website and a manual follow-up process. We rebuilt the site for speed and conversion, then added AI lead routing that scores and directs every enquiry the moment it arrives — so the sales team works the best leads first instead of working through them in order.
A founder came to us with a children's reading idea and no product. We took it from concept through product spec, design, and a native build to the App Store and Play Store — and stayed with it through the early releases. It is now a reading app that thousands of families open every week.
eCommerce · Retail · United Kingdom · named client
The story
A national university retail network was running on a patchwork of systems that could not scale. We re-platformed the whole operation onto one modern eCommerce foundation — consistent across every site, manageable by one central team, and built to add locations without re-engineering each time.
Twelve projects across every discipline we engineer.
A wider selection of work from the last few years. Some are named clients; others are anonymised at the client's request, and clearly marked as representative of the engagement shape. Filter by discipline below.
A decade of work, measured by what it did for the businesses behind it.
Individual projects are interesting; the pattern across them is the point. Four things show up again and again in the work we ship.
01 — Performance
Sites and apps that load fast and stay fast
Speed is the first thing a customer feels. Across the work, we target a sub-1.5-second LCP on the web and a sub-2-second cold launch on mobile — and we measure it, rather than assuming it.
02 — Growth
Work that moves the number the business cares about
A build is only worth doing if it changes a real number — leads, conversion, retention, revenue. GreenergyAir is the clearest example: a rebuild and AI lead routing that more than tripled qualified leads.
03 — Reliability
Products that hold up once real users arrive
A demo is easy; production is the test. The work is built for crash-free mobile sessions, high uptime, and AI features that are evaluated rather than hoped — so it keeps working long after launch day.
04 — Partnership
Teams that stay — and clients who stay with us
Much of the work above came from clients who came back, or who referred someone. A 4.9-star average over a decade and 1,000+ products is the result of treating each engagement as a relationship, not a transaction.
What we do
The work spans six capabilities — one engineering team carries all of them.
Every project above is some combination of these. Each links to the capability page, where the process, the proof, and the FAQs live in full.
